Keeshs Inspiration challenge

I made this card for Keesh's Inspiration Challenge. When I seen the piccy I new I just had to play fitting it in was going to be the problem but hey it was worth a little bit less sleep......lol.....I used the Flower Fancy stamp set and the butterfly and small daisy out of the priceless stamp set. The centres of the flowers have been dotted with crystal effects to give some dimension, its probably a little hard to pick up in the picture. I have used Bella Rose DS Paper and some Pink Pirouette Ribbon. I just love this card.....I am really happy with it.......

Combined Keesh & Mojo Challenge

Today I decided to combine two of my favourite challenge's Keesh's Inkspiration Challenge & The Mojo Monday Challenge. I loved the colours in Keesh's challenge and the Sketch layout for the mojo monday challenge, I really had fun coming up with this card. I used old olive for the base and the pumpkin DS paper is out of the always pack and the olive DS Paper is out of the Good morning sunshine pack. I used the fun pun stamp set which is my new fave at the moment and also the level 1 hostess set Best Yet. Oh yes and not to forget those yummy new buttons, called Button-a-latte. Hope you are having a fabulous day....I am off to make another bunny basket with Nicholas now.......

Keeshs Inspiration challenge

I have left Keesh's challenge right to the last minute basically because I have had no inspiration. I found this really hard but anyway this is what I have come up with. Firstly I stamped the sanded background onto Choc Chip cardstock then I took a piece of white and stamped the leaves out of the embrace life set in choc chip ink and coloured them in with my choc chip marker. I then stamped the flowers out of petal prints in basic basic and ruby red and bashful blue using the two step stampin process. I then ripped my piece of paper and sponged all the way around in Choc chip ink. I cut out and mounted three ruby red flowers and highlighted them with the white gel pen. I then sponged over the entire thing with So saffron ink. I am actually quite pleased with the result. This certainly had me thinking outside the square. Oh and by the way the congrats is actually stuck straight on the card but I have taken the photo all wonky....but its to late to get another one now......
