Some more Scrapbooking

Here is a page I did as a Challenge over on ESAD. I thought you might like to see it. It used the Vintage Vogue Stamp Set and the Top Note Die as a journal box cut in half. I have also used the Urban Oasis DS Paper. I am just loving that Vintage Vogue Stamp Set.....

Miss you already!

I sent this card to my friend on Monday and she has just rang to say she received it so thanks to Australia Post I can now show it on here. I followed Keesh's sketch challenge this week, I haven't played along with any challenge let alone hers for ages, It was so nice to get some stamping done. This card is for my good friend who has just moved away hence the title of the card, she has been part of my monthly card making nites as well since I started with Stampin Up and this month will be the first month without her. So I have sent her a kit by mail so she can still stamp with us and this was the card that went with it. The colours are Kraft, Pink Pirouette, Whisper white & Bravo Burgundy. This is one of my favourite colour combinations. I have used the Vintage Vogue stamp set and complimented it with the Very Vintage wheel in close to cocoa on the background. I have used the rock and roll technique on the flower and it has three layers to it. I hope you are having a fantastic day wherever you may be......

More Scrapbooking

Here are another couple of Easter layouts that I have completed. Again one boy and one girl layout. I followed a sketch from Pagemaps. I am really happy with how they have turned out. I have used the letters the same as the last page by using my bigshot. I have stamped the chickens out of the good egg stamp set. I hope you are all getting some time to craft these school holidays.....

Wedding card

Here is another card that I made at class a couple of month's ago using the Always stamp set. The colours are Kraft, Pink Pirouette, White and Bravo Burgundy. This is gate fold card for something a little different. The hearts are also blinged up with some glitter, it just hasn't shown through in the photo. I have also used the so swirly wheel with Sahara Sand ink on the kraft cardstock......have a great day.....

Birthday Card

This is a card we made a couple of months ago at class and had forgot to post it on here. I actually gave it away the other day so I thought I had better get a photo of it and get it on here. The colours are Kiwi Kiss and Riding Hood red which I have teamed up with Bella Rose DS Paper and the Pink Pirroette DS Paper as well. I have used the Circle Scissors and our circle punches to make the flower and the distressing tool to distress the flower as well.....

I have done them both the same but one for a girl and one for a boy. The girls page is using the new Sunny Day Simply Scrapbooking kit from the Autumn-Winter Mini. The boys page is using DS Paper from the Level 3 Hostess Set Hand Drawn Bundle as well as a sticker from Hoppy Memories. I have cut the letters out using the Medium Sizzlits Dies and Barry the Bigshot...... Hope you all had a wonderful easter......and by the way these aren't this years easter pictures either. I could only wish to be that up to date.......I am working on some more pages at the moment so hopefully I will have some more things to pop back here and show you.....

Tools & Beer Cans

Hey guys, I made this card the other day for my brothers birthday. I have used Basic Black cardstock for the base of the card. I then attacked a XXXX beer can with my craft and rubber scissors by basically just cutting of the top and the bottom. I then ran it through the dotty embossing folder with my big shot. What you can see on the card is actually the inside of the can the outside is stuck down. I also used a sweet treat cup to sit up on the shelf and filled it up with some screws. I hope you like it, I was so pleased with the result. By the way becareful cutting out your beer can it can be quite sharp after you have run it through the bigshot that presses all the sharp edges down....
