I made this card with Mother's Day in mind soon as it's just around the corner. The colours are Close to Cocoa, Chocolate Chip, Pink Pirrouette and Mellow Moss. I have used the new Flower Fusion II as well as the Eyelet Edge Punch. I have used used Dazzling Diamonds on the flowers but you carn't pick that up in the picture. This is one of my favourite sets to watercolour. I have stamped inside with Happy Mothers Day as well.

Faux Wood Grain
Hi all, sorry its been a while again. I am here to finally post a couple of projects we made at my last technique workshop being Faux Woodgrain. I think this is a great technique to be able to make some male cards with. The card below I made for my brother's birthday who is a builder, I thought this would be right up his ally. This particular stamp set is now retired but I still wanted to show you anyway. The card above is made with the boatloads of love set and also made a lovely male card. I am off to convention tomorrow but I am hoping to get some forward posts done for you all to look at while I am away. Have a lovely weekend I'm sure I will........

Pretty Pink Page
Here is another scrapbook page for Josephine's book. The colours are Rose Red, Sage Shadow & Regal Rose. I actually wanted Regal Rose for the background but had run out of textured paper so I went with Rose Red instead. It doesn't take long to use your papers up when you have a bit of a roll on scrapbooking. Stampin Up are offering a Scrapbooking Promotion next month. As soon as the flyer is available I will post it on here, so check back for details.....My two little cherubs are such good friends hence the saying "Friends Forever"....Hope you are having a great day wherever you are. I am off to teach a class today so hopefully I will be back with some of our creations......

More fun with Scrapbooking
Ok part 2 to Monday's Scrapbooking effort's. I found the layout over at Pagemaps. I just carn't seem to get the sketch to show up on here for some reason. But I have followed it pretty closely it was heaps of fun. These are some pictures of the kids with their pet lamb last year whom they did everything with. Here they were trying to sleep with her. I need to get my friend to email me her scrapbooking pages to show you as well because she completed the same sketch as me. It is very interesting to see how two different people can interpret the same sketch. Ok another day has passed and still no convention swaps maybe today!!!!! I have a workshop to prep for on the weekend that I need to also get organised also, however I feel like scrapbooking today, when you are in that zone thats all that you want to do. Have a great day wherever you are! Especially if you are at work!!!!

Challenge with Friends
I had big plans over the Easter break to catch up with some scrapbooking. It took me 3 days to come up with one page. I was talking on the phone to one of my scrapbooking friends yesterday and was saying that I hadn't got any of what I had hoped to get done.....as per usual......She was agreeing saying exactly the same thing........When a great idea popped into my head.....I said I will challenge you to finish a page using the sketch from the last mojo monday challenge you can see that a couple of posts down......She said "Righto" Challenge is on.....We spoke backward & forwards to each other yesterday afternoon and last night and had so much fun and plenty of laughs and silly stories to tell.........But the upside of this is we both got lots of pages finished that we wouldn't have got done otherwise. We both laughed that we should have started this bright idea on Friday, not monday afternoon...... So the page above is the one that took me 3 days to work out.....a bit embarrassing hey..... I used the new eyelet edge punch with some pink pirouette card stock and some of the afternoon tea ds papers and the new filigree brads.....
This page underneath is where we started our challenge it follows the mojo monday sketch and was heaps of fun to do. I used the Baja breeze & Pacific point DS Papers and the star brads..... I will have more scrapbooking to show you here because all up I think I got about 6 pages done yesterday afternooon. I would love to do some more today but my friend in crime has gone to work and we got some lovely rain last nite so my garden is calling me. I think that is where I will be spending my day after I get the ironing done.....So much for my convention swaps, there goes another day and another day closer to convention without having any done....ah well.....always tomorrow....

I hope you are all having a nice & relaxing easter break......

Today I decided to combine two of my favourite challenge's Keesh's Inkspiration Challenge & The Mojo Monday Challenge. I loved the colours in Keesh's challenge and the Sketch layout for the mojo monday challenge, I really had fun coming up with this card. I used old olive for the base and the pumpkin DS paper is out of the always pack and the olive DS Paper is out of the Good morning sunshine pack. I used the fun pun stamp set which is my new fave at the moment and also the level 1 hostess set Best Yet. Oh yes and not to forget those yummy new buttons, called Button-a-latte. Hope you are having a fabulous day....I am off to make another bunny basket with Nicholas now.......

ESAD Cyberstamp Card Sketch Challenge
I made this card as part of the ESAD Card Cyberstamp Sketch. I used Chocolate Chip Cardstock with Afternoon Tea Paper and a Groovy Guava Carousel Note cut down in size. I finished it with a new flower brad and some punched out holes. This was a pretty quick and simple card but I am happy with the result. However, I was wishing I had my order with the new papers and carousel notes to play with.....Hopefully it might turn up today......Fingers & Toes crossed.......

ESAD Cyberstamp Colour Challenge
The ESAD Cyberstamp Colours for the colour challenge were Close to Cocoa, Baja Breeze & Pink Pirrouette. I love these colours together. I will certainly be using these colours together again. I watercoloured with my Aqua Painter and Ink pad the hydranga flowers in pink pirrouette & baja breeze. The bowl is close to cocoa and I did introduce the kiwi kiss for the leaves. I also added the shadow in Sahara Sand and some white ribbon. I used the Happy Mothers Day stamp because before we no it that will be here as well. I hope you are having a great day today.....The first day back on normal time certainly makes a difference to the routine.....

ESAD Cyberstamp Scrap Challenge
I was sitting in front of my computer last nite when I received the ESAD Cyberstamp Scrap Challenge. So I decided to have a play with it.......I never just have one photo to put on a page so that is something I find difficult to play along with these type of challenges, but never mind I just put all four photo's together to make one......lol....I havn't followed the sketch exactly but I think that's ok to do that......I have used the good friend stamp set and I rubon that is now retired. The colours are Pacific Point and Pumpkin Pie. The journal box is stamped out of the Live your dream stamp set which is now also retired. The DS Paper is out of the Good Morning Sunshine Paper pack. I have cut the letters with my cricut machine and my SU heart punch hasn't arrived yet so I had to use a creative memories punch for that......Hope you are having a lovely saturday morning......We are off to soccor registration now......Have a great day.....

Birthday Book & Card Organiser
Last month we made one of these Birthday Books & Card Organisers at class. Silly me forgot to take my camera to get some pictures of everybody's creations. We used the 3 DS Papers out of the Summer Mini at the time which were Ginger Blossom, Afternoon Tea & Bali Breeze. We split up into groups of three depending on the paper pack that you chose. It was great to see that everybody started with the same pack but could make something completely different to the person sitting next to them or if they preferred just copy the sample that I had made. Anyway Katrina that was at class emailed me these pics last nite of one of the books that she has made at home using the Fall Flowers DS Paper. Now I must say these were not my original idea I have seen them on various blogs and just adapted my sample according to my taste. This one I am displaying is one Katrina has made at home I think its simply gorgeous. Well Done and thank you for letting me show if off here........

I have used the Level 3 Hostess Set Window Dressing and Think Happy thoughts. I also used some DS Paper out of the Good Morning Sunshine Paper pack. I am really happy with the end result. I hope you like it as well.
