Miss you Kisses on a card!

My husband is going away for a few days, so I decided to make him this card to hide in his bag with some choccy's for his stay away. Shannon West demonstrated this at convention. Gee, do you think I learnt somethings at Convention! Last week seriously I had so much going on in my head that I just couldn't get them out quick enough. Thankfully this week I have had some time to play and get some of them out so to speak!!! Anyways this is done by putting on your finest lip gloss and then kissing the paper and then sprinkling with heat and stick powder. You then heat it and sprinkle it with dazzling diamonds and heat it again to set it. So me and the kids had some fun with the lip gloss, Nicholas took some convincing and said "get me a wipe this stuff is YUCK!" Josephine was right at home with Mummy's lip gloss. You can see by the picture that neither of them got my lips. They take after dad in that department, and mine are fully a la natural. I cut the heart shape with our heart punch and put it through the crimper. I wanted a nice simple card that shows some love and kisses.......Do you think I achieved that?

Hi Mandy!

What great timing - looks like you only just posted this card.

By the way, it's too cute & I had to laugh at your son's reaction - ha ha!

Take care,
Andrea.

What a cute idea for your hubby!! Mine travels sooo much that I would run out of Heat and Stick in no time - LOL. It's great to see how much you took in at Convention - I loved this idea but confess I had forgotten it!!! Thanx for the reminder..
